Versatile

Our RescueLogic system has solved a number of issues at Duke over the years. The information is gathered on a server in our OIT building. Campus Police can see all the alarms at their station. This information can then be relayed to the responding Police and Fire units. I can see the condition of all the panels on campus from my desktop — or my laptop when I’m out of the office. I set up RescueLogic to monitor multiple panels from Mircom, Edwards and Simplex at NYC Department of Corrections in Rikers Island. The system was very easy to implement to an existing very secure Island’s computer network. The personnel that monitor the systems at Island’s central station were amazed how quickly we were able to setup the system and how easy it is to operate the software. The system works flawlessly, making Fire Safety officers’ job easier, and keeps the Island a safer place.
